Recommended Installation:

• 3 hinge door, 0- 165 lbs will have 1 set hinge (middle) and 2 guide hinges( top & bottom)
• 4 hinge door, 0-165 lbs, will have 1 set hinge (lower middle) and 3 guide hinges( top, upper middle & bottom)
• 4 hinge door, 165-330 lbs, will have 2 set hinge (middle) and 2 guide hinges( top & bottom)
• 5 hinge door, 165-330 lbs, will have 2 set hinge (middle, lower middle) and 3 guide hinges(top, upper middle & bottom)

Keep it in the box:

When possible, please keep the hinges and hardware in the box which it came in.  If you have used the product, please include all of the screws and hardware that came with your purchase.

Key items to note about your return:

• Please allow 14 business days for us to process returns.
• All returns must come back to us in sellable condition or you will not receive a refund.  If there is a way for us to repackage and resell, a restocking fee may apply.
• Depending on the return reason you select, you may not get a refund for your shipping costs.  If you selected free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your return if the product was ordered incorrectly by you.

Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday.  Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail or United Parcel Service and usually take 2-3 business days for delivery.  Overnight shipments are available.  Please contact us for pricing.
