We want you to love your hinges and hardware. If you're not 100% satisfied with the quality or performance of your purchase, return it for a full refund within 45 days. Depending on the Return Reason selected, the return shipping amount may be deducted from your return.
Keep it in the box:
When possible, please keep the hinges and hardware in the box which it came in. If you have used the product, please include all of the screws and hardware that came with your purchase.
Key items to note about your return:
- Please allow 14 business days for us to process returns.
- All returns must come back to us in sellable condition or you will not receive a full refund.
- Depending on the return reason you select, you may not get a refund for your shipping costs. If you selected free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your return if the product was ordered incorrectly by you.
Clearance items:
Clearance and Flash Sale items are not eligible for return. If you believe you've received a defective item, please contact customer service at help@hingeoutlet.com
Exchanges:
We do offer exchanges of your hinges and hardware if you ordered the wrong size or finish. If you would like to exchange an item we recommend selecting store credit during the return process. Store credit is issued directly to your Hinge Outlet account upon receipt of your return.

Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday. Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail or United Parcel Service and usually take 2-3 business days for delivery. Overnight shipments are available. Please contact us for pricing.

We will not be responsible for any duties and/or brokerage fees. Those are the customers' obligations. We generally ship UPS but may use US International Priority Mail as an alternative.
