Our Surface Mounted Lift Up Hold Up Concealed Hinge is great for overhead doors in items such as a wall unit, mobile home, mirrored vanity, equipment access door, office storage unit and more! The hinge holds open at 75°, and releases at finger touch. It mounts on a surface with no machining or mortising. The door fits outside the case. The hinge accommodates a 3/4" setback.
