The Locinox Valentino is a high quality battery powered electronic code lock with aluminium housing. Valentino's energy efficient design makes it very easy to equip any gate with access control, with a minimal need for maintenance. Pincodes can be easily added, modified or removed. The 13/16" continuous adjustability of the bolts allows a perfect latching / locking of the mechanism. It is available in a black or silver finish.

Keep it in the box:

When possible, please keep the hinges and hardware in the box which it came in.  If you have used the product, please include all of the screws and hardware that came with your purchase.

Key items to note about your return:

• Please allow 14 business days for us to process returns.
• All returns must come back to us in sellable condition or you will not receive a refund.  If there is a way for us to repackage and resell, a restocking fee may apply.
• Depending on the return reason you select, you may not get a refund for your shipping costs.  If you selected free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your return if the product was ordered incorrectly by you.

Exchanges:

We do offer exchanges of your hinges and hardware if you ordered the wrong size or finish.  If you would like to exchange an item we recommend selecting store credit during the return process. Store credit is issued directly to your Hinge Outlet account upon receipt of your return.

Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday.  Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail or United Parcel Service and usually take 2-3 business days for delivery.  Overnight shipments are available.  Please contact us for pricing.
