Soss Router Template For Concealed Hinges - Model 203 - Sold Individually

This SOSS Router Template for Concealed Hinges produces perfect mortise pockets for SOSS Concealed Cabinet Hinges - Model 203. The mortise size is 1/2” x 1 3/4”. Supplied with two nail assemblies as shown and there are two door and jamb thickness adjustment stops on the underside of the tool. This router template will work on both doors and jambs.

• Works on both doors and jambs, and has two thickness adjustment stops on the underside of the tool
• Move the template to each position to complete your mortises on the jamb and door
• Mortise Size: 1/2” x 1 3/4”
• This hinge requires a two-step mortise: a deep mortise in the center and a shallow or finish mortise for the finish depth
• Set your router for the deep center pocket and make your cut between the red tabs on the template
• Remove the two red 'block-off' tabs that divide the pocket on the template, set your router for the shallow or finish cut, complete the mortise and you're finished
• Supplied with two nail assemblies

Keep it in the box:

When possible, please keep the hinges and hardware in the box which it came in.  If you have used the product, please include all of the screws and hardware that came with your purchase.

Key items to note about your return:

• Please allow 14 business days for us to process returns.
• All returns must come back to us in sellable condition or you will not receive a refund.  If there is a way for us to repackage and resell, a restocking fee may apply.
• Depending on the return reason you select, you may not get a refund for your shipping costs.  If you selected free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your return if the product was ordered incorrectly by you.

Exchanges:

We do offer exchanges of your hinges and hardware if you ordered the wrong size or finish.  If you would like to exchange an item we recommend selecting store credit during the return process. Store credit is issued directly to your Hinge Outlet account upon receipt of your return.

Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday.  Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail or United Parcel Service and usually take 2-3 business days for delivery.  Overnight shipments are available.  Please contact us for pricing.
