These Undermount Drawer Slides are equipped with a spring that assists in a soft closing action which allows the drawer to finish closing itself. They are silent, smooth, and feature easy installation. The drawer slides are available in 12", 15", 18", and 21" lengths.

• Slides are equipped with spring assist self closing, soft closing action. The drawers finish closing by themselves effortlessly and stay closed.
• No Steel ball bearings. No noise. Hidden out of sight underneath drawer. Movement controlled horizontally and vertically with Nylon rollers.

• Installing or removing the drawer takes just a matter of seconds
• Cabinet member is fastened to sidewall with round head screws. No screws are used on the drawer. A 6mm hole is drilled into the drawer back. The drawer is installed effortlessly by fitting on to the adjustable frontal clips. The frontal pin fastens the drawer for opening and closing while a rear bracket (optional) prevents tipping.
• Install front of slide ½" from front edge and place screw in the second hole (this is automatically 37mm from the front edge). Rear holes fall automatically into 32mm segments if 32mm boring machines are used.

Keep it in the box:

When possible, please keep the hinges and hardware in the box which it came in.  If you have used the product, please include all of the screws and hardware that came with your purchase.

Key items to note about your return:

• Please allow 14 business days for us to process returns.
• All returns must come back to us in sellable condition or you will not receive a refund.  If there is a way for us to repackage and resell, a restocking fee may apply.
• Depending on the return reason you select, you may not get a refund for your shipping costs.  If you selected free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your return if the product was ordered incorrectly by you.

Exchanges:

We do offer exchanges of your hinges and hardware if you ordered the wrong size or finish.  If you would like to exchange an item we recommend selecting store credit during the return process. Store credit is issued directly to your Hinge Outlet account upon receipt of your return.

Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday.  Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail or United Parcel Service and usually take 2-3 business days for delivery.  Overnight shipments are available.  Please contact us for pricing.
