This Lid Opening Flap Stay assists in both lifting and closing the box and provides "hold security" in both positions. Springs are easily removed from the hinge. The flap will slam down when near to closing. No release is necessary, push lid down to close. The hinge provides unrestricted opening, even with upholstered seats, since no joint is required between the seat and the back.

Keep it in the box:

When possible, please keep the hinges and hardware in the box which it came in.  If you have used the product, please include all of the screws and hardware that came with your purchase.

Key items to note about your return:

• Please allow 14 business days for us to process returns.
• All returns must come back to us in sellable condition or you will not receive a refund.  If there is a way for us to repackage and resell, a restocking fee may apply.
• Depending on the return reason you select, you may not get a refund for your shipping costs.  If you selected free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your return if the product was ordered incorrectly by you.

Clearance items:

Exchanges:

We do offer exchanges of your hinges and hardware if you ordered the wrong size or finish.  If you would like to exchange an item we recommend selecting store credit during the return process. Store credit is issued directly to your Hinge Outlet account upon receipt of your return.

Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday.  Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail or United Parcel Service and usually take 2-3 business days for delivery.  Overnight shipments are available.  Please contact us for pricing.
