Geared continuous hinges are generally used for high traffic commercial and industrial entrances. They have a cap that covers the teeth for the entire length of the hinge, and the template pattern of fasteners ensure that door's weight is distributed more evenly to prevent sagging. These heavy duty flush mount full mortise continuous hinges are 95" long and have interlocking extrusions (gears). The thrust type bearings are self-lubricating and concealed, while each hinge leaf has an alignment stop. The anodized aluminum is highly resistant to corrosion and is available in aluminum and dark bronze finishes.

Keep it in the box:

When possible, please keep the hinges and hardware in the box which it came in.  If you have used the product, please include all of the screws and hardware that came with your purchase.

Key items to note about your return:

• Please allow 14 business days for us to process returns.
• All returns must come back to us in sellable condition or you will not receive a refund.  If there is a way for us to repackage and resell, a restocking fee may apply.
• Depending on the return reason you select, you may not get a refund for your shipping costs.  If you selected free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your return if the product was ordered incorrectly by you.

Clearance items:

Exchanges:

We do offer exchanges of your hinges and hardware if you ordered the wrong size or finish.  If you would like to exchange an item we recommend selecting store credit during the return process. Store credit is issued directly to your Hinge Outlet account upon receipt of your return.

Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday.  Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail or United Parcel Service and usually take 2-3 business days for delivery.  Overnight shipments are available.  Please contact us for pricing.
