Sugatsune's Heavy Duty Invisible Hinge features vertical, horizontal and depth adjustment after the hinge is installed so you always get a perfect fit. You can hang doors up to 275 lbs. when using 3 hinges. A 2-piece design makes for easy door installation or removal and the included cover caps hide all of the screw heads for a clean, finished appearance. The minimum door thickness is 1-1/2" and the maximum door size is 94-1/2" H x 35-7/16 W. This hinge has successfully passed a 300,000 open and close cycle test.

We want you to love your hinges and hardware.  If you're not 100% satisfied with the quality or performance of your purchase, return it for a full refund within 45 days.  Depending on the Return Reason selected, the return shipping amount may be deducted from your return.  There are no returns allowed on installed hardware or used products.

Keep it in the box:

When possible, please keep the hinges and hardware in the box which it came in.  If you have used the product, please include all of the screws and hardware that came with your purchase.

Key items to note about your return:

• Please allow 14 business days for us to process returns.
• All returns must come back to us in sellable condition or you will not receive a refund.  If there is a way for us to repackage and resell, a restocking fee may apply.
• Depending on the return reason you select, you may not get a refund for your shipping costs.  If you selected free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from your return if the product was ordered incorrectly by you.

Exchanges:

We do offer exchanges of your hinges and hardware if you ordered the wrong size or finish.  If you would like to exchange an item we recommend selecting store credit during the return process. Store credit is issued directly to your Hinge Outlet account upon receipt of your return.

Shipping Policy
All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday.  Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail or United Parcel Service and usually take 2-3 business days for delivery.  Overnight shipments are available.  Please contact us for pricing.
